Charlie's friend, Raj (Aftab Shivdasani), is killed by a Russian mafia. At Raj's funeral, his wife hands Charlie a CD detailing the transfer of gold by train from Russia to Romania. Charlie decides to rob the train with the help of the imprisoned Don and the painter Victor Braganza (Vinod Khanna). They hired a gang to join them in the robbery. The cast includes Spider (Neil Nitin Mukesh), world-class shooter, expert Bilbash Bashir (Sikander Kher), body-sculptor Sunny (Omi Vaidya), and composer Ronnie (Bobby Deol). Charlie is dating the character of Victor's daughter, Naina (Sonam Kapoor), who knows nothing about her father and Charlie's crimes. The group is plotting to overthrow the Russian train in a spectacular way. Spider hacks into the Russian satellite system and Ronnie uses his trick to trick soldiers guarding gold while the rest of the team transfers gold from the train. The robber is killed successfully. However, while celebrating, Spider double crosses the criminal and tries to escape with all the gold. The spider is stopped by Ronnie, who is shot multiple times by Spider's killers. The group chases the killed and Ronnie and Riya are killed. Charlie, Bilal, and Sunny manage to escape after Spider hits the spot and runs away with gold. Charlie calls Victor to tell him about a successful robbery operation, but Naina overhears the conversation. Just then, the Spider brothers break into the house and kill Victor. Naina decides to end all communication with Charlie. Over the course of the year, Charlie is in touch with various gold sellers to find out which stolen gold Spider has escaped with. In New Zealand, the gang finds a retailer contacting Spider. Charlie explains to Naina that only a gang wants to steal gold to help fulfill Victor's dream of building a large orphanage. Naina understands and meets Charlie to take revenge on Spider. In New Zealand, they find out that Riya is still alive and well. He explains that he also wants to take revenge on Spider and gives the gang information about Spider's residence. Unbeknownst to his plans, Spider greets Naina and takes her to his villa. Spider discovers a hidden camera in Naina's coat and realizes that she is working with Charlie, who rushes to rescue her and tells Spider that she will steal all the gold within 48 hours. Spider is trying to move the gold to another country, but the gang, using three large trucks and entering the traffic system, takes the gold and hides it within three Mini Coopers.
